OK, my 60 Days Are up On 10-24-09

What does that exactly mean. My flags show: NOABUSE and that is it. What happens now as we move forward?

My filing date was 7-23-09
My 341 was 8-24-09

It is only the 13th. You are pre worrying. NOABUSE flag is nice to have. Everything is going normal for you. The only better flag I know is ASSETNO. Don't expect to see your discharge right on the 60th day. The Courts are very busy now. You'll be fine. 'Hub

The reason is does not show no asset case is because we are surrendering a 2nd home. I know the trustee is finding out or evaluating if there is any excess asset for my creditors.

I assume however that once 10-24-09 arrives, if nobody objects then I am on my way for the next step on 1-24-10 to be discharged, I think. To what I understand that even if there is an asset to be sold for my creditors and be distributed, once 1-24-10 comes, asset sold or not, I will still receive my discharge. Is this correct.

Also is the 10-24-09 date the deadline for the Trustee to object?
