Officially filed and 341 date set!

We met with our attorney yesterday, signed papers and she filed last night! Woo hoo! I already feel the burden getting lighter! 341 is scheduled for November 9th and 10:00 and we are so relieved. Will be much more relieved when this is all over. Thanks to everyone for their words of advice. I am still a little nervous about the TT going after my grandma for some money that we paid back to her but the attorney said I shouldn't worry too much. It is such a small amount that she doesn't think they will even go after it. We have a no asset case with no reason to suspect abuse and she is pretty sure that there is nothing that they will go after. I am just ready for our hearing and then to wait for our discharge. I wish it was before Christmas, but that is ok. Just thought I would share!
