    Good News - Chapter 7

    Just received our paperwork from the attorney and we already fit into CH7. We thought it would take until the end of November for some of our income to drop off, but our expenses were high enough. Our income will still go down and our BK numbers will look even better. So excited! Now we just need to wait for a cash advance to age from August. Our December 8th filing date is right on target.

    It will be a great Merry Christmas card for our creditors.

        Congrats!

        We are planning to file in the next couple weeks. I'm hoping we can get a 341 meeting right around Christmas time figuring no trustee wants to be a grinch!
        Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick
