Form B22A,

When I list my secured claims, do include my mortgages, hoa, property taxes and mine and my husbands vehicle?

Or do I leave my husbands vehicle off because I am filing individual?

I do not pay my property taxes in my mortgage and pay the taxes outside of my mortgage so do I calculate a monthly payment.

You include all those expenses AND your husband's income on the means test UNLESS you live separate.

Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick
