while many questions have been posed by swampwiz in many different threads, i don't see any problem with that in itself. people have different ways of thinking about things and processing them, and if that means they have to ask a million different questions, so be it. it might be hard on the forum readers to keep up with, but there is really nothing wrong with it.
Many people lose their jobs and then live off of credit cards until they can get another job and get on their feet again. If you rack up to much debt and can't pay it then you well within your right to file BK. You just can't having cash advances or luxury purchases 90 days before filing.
