To file in November, or what until January 2010

Looks like I may file in November now, instead of October.

If I wait to file in November it will be late in the month, right around Thanksgiving.

If I am going to file then, what would be the benefit of not waiting till January.

I can download my W2 off the net, and file my taxes in mid January, so not a big deal there.

SO far no one is harrasing me or even calling, I am no longer getting any emails about new balances being due I figure they have all shut down my account.

All CCs know I am filing BK and have my attorneys contact information.

I would think that tax return refunds would be much more of an issue if you file January.

Just a thought. You may give it up whereas filing earlier might not result in the loss.

My attorney said that if my refund is over $1000 the TT might want it. Normally my refund , if I get one is in the $400 to $500 range from the feds, and owing state about $100 on average.
