    UST Question

How long does the UST have to object to your case? If its the entire 60 days then how long is it normally after your 341 meeting before you would hear something if they were going to object?

US Trustee gets 60 days following the first date set for the 341 meeting to object to discharge for abuse. Could come at any time.

Is there a reason you think you'll have a problem?
I am a lawyer licensed to practice in NY and CA, but I'm not your lawyer unless we have a signed agreement that says so. Nothing in this post should be considered legal advice.

But you usually know that they are interested in your case by the time of your 341 hearing.

I had someone at the 341 meeting ask 6-7 extra questions which was for the UST.

You can view the questions they asked here.

I was just trying to figure out when I can relax and feel safe. I do feel pretty good though that atleast the TT has already filed his no distribution report though.

The first ten days after your 341 is when the US Trustee has to file a presumption of abuse to try to get you into a chapter 13. If that doesn't happen then the US Trustee has the full 60 days after your 341 to dismiss your case for abuse, but the US Trustee would have been involved in some way at that point so you would know it was a possibility.
You can't take a picture of this. It's already gone. ~~Nate, Six Feet Under

It sounds like they were more interested in your "business". It's a good sign if they didn't ask for any further documentation. Probably after 10 days that the UST has to file it's notice (not it's motion) I will start to breathe better. Good luck!
