Will this type of "rent" cause me a problem?

Presently I live and have been living in my sisters house. I live there alone and make her monthly mortage payment. The house is in her name, but I pay on the bills. As for the utilities, all are in my name with the gas being in both our names. Will this set up cause me any problems? I can print out my bank statement showing the payments on the mortage, but the bill is in her name.

as far as you are concerned, you were paying rent to the landlord. the fact you did it in the form of a mortgage payment will do you no harm. in your petition, you would just call it rent. that's what it was, for you.
