    Signed Papers and got our case number!!

    We signed the papers in the lawyer's office yesterday, got our case number, and HOPEFULLY we can get the money back that was garnished this week!

    Now, we are waiting on the date for 341 meeting. I just hope that turns out all right!!!

      May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
      9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

        Nice work The hardest part is done for you now. I too am awaiting my 341. I have a scheduled phone 341 on Oct 22nd with the trustee and actual court appearance Nov 3rd.

        11/03/2009 - scheduled 341 - COMPLETED
        01/04/2010 - last day for objections
        01/11/2010 - DISCHARGED & CLOSED
