    Had our 341 today..

everything went fine and the trustee was a very friendly person. I had posted last night about my husbands SS card and at the last minute, I went into his old briefcase to grab the nearest pen and it was sitting right there! I slept very well last night after finding it!
Anyway, the couple before us had a lawyer for one of their creditors, the guy right before us was in a lot of trouble and she continued his case and we saw a few others go before us and they were asked the "simple" usual questions. We just have to provide the court with our new address and do the post counseling and we are done (aside from the waiting). It wasn't nearly as bad as I had thought and our lawyer sent someone else we had never met. He had NONE of our paperwork and knew nothing about me submitting my utilities bill 2 weeks ago as an amendment. I asked the trustee instead and she looked it up for me. How crazy? I have learned a lot about selecting an attorney but this is not something I ever want to do again!

YAY for the 60 days club! When should I check "pacer"?

I'm glad that your 341 went so smoothly. It's a huge relief, isn't it?

I don't know how often you are checking Pacer now, but after my 341 I checked once a week or so while I was waiting for the trustee's report of no distribution. That was the biggie for me - I desperately needed to see that entry before I would allow myself some peace.

Congrats and please, consider staying away from Pacer. I am not really sure what Pacer has done except lead to OCD and anxiety attacks. If there are issues, you will get a letter or a call from your attorney, or even a letter direct from the trustee's office (though they really should communicate through your attorney, I have been told they sometimes mail you directly).

Our trustee's office contacted us directly--they couldn't get hold of our lawyer either!
