I am just wondering if anyone has gotten in to trouble when they sold something to pay for something. We sold my husbands truck last month to pay our $2700 atty fees and court costs, to pay for our $2000 sec dep and 1st months rent as we are surrendering our house and to buy and $800 truck for my husband to get back and forth to work. We are WAYYYY below the median income for a family of 5 in our state, and our attorney told us it is fine as long as we sold the truck for FMV, which we did, and can account for how we spent the money. I am just afraid that they will go after the kid who bought our truck and I am just making sure that we didn't do anything wrong. Our attorney included everything in our petition and didn't seem to think that we would be in trouble. We pretty much have a no asset case, with the exception of our house which, like I said, we are surrendering to the 1st and 2nd mortgage companies.

about a month after we filed, we pulled out rotting 4x6 utility trailer out of the backyard to fix it up to get ready to haul stuff back to our home AFTER the T takes back our travel trailer. now is the T going to want the fixed up 4x6 trailer as an asset? we put 300 in it to get it back on the road, but didn't list it when it was a rotted out pc. of junk at filing.
we don't have a truck anymore that pulled the travel trailer either since we got rid of that months ago so we don't have a way to get the stuff from the trailer back home.(first 341 10/14/09, cont'd 341 10/23/09) (12/14/09 last day to object) (341 Shows HELD w/tt report of no distribution 1/9/2010)

Why didn't you just stay in your house until it foreclosed and the bank told you to leave? The way foreclosures are going, you may have lived there rent free for up to a year.Filed Ch7 5/28/09 (Pro Se) Orlando, 341 7/01, UST selected case for audit 7/01, Last day for objection 8/31. Audit report filed 9/10, no material misstatements. Discharged and closed 9/22/2009
