Listed on my docket page are my wife, myself, our attorney, the judge, the trustee and also the US Trustee.

Is that normal to have both the trustee and the US Trustee listed?

I just checked, and on my docket report, the US Trustee is not listed. The US Trustee was not involved in my 341.

I wouldn't worry too much about that, the US Trustee info is on my docket too and my case is pretty simple, way below means with no assets, maybe its just a district thing?

It could depend on the district. The US Trustee is listed on mine, but just as "US Trustee" (no name given).

The UST was automatically added to mine and everyone else who files here SDTX.

Yup i checked pacer and it states US Trustee as well. No name just the US Trustee and address along with my info, attorney and trustee who the case was assigned to.

Thanks everyone. Mine was the same US Trustee with no name. I also asked my attorney and he said that is normal.
