    Tentative 341 date on PACER

Did anyone else see a tentative 341 date on their PACER? Mine is tentative for 12/6. I wonder if they are all like that for a little while or maybe everything is so backed up they are just doing the best they can.

This is in PA, but it shouldn't matter.

My date in PACER is also tentative, but I think that is fairly standard? I was given that date when I filed on 10/14. Went to observe last week, and they seemd to be on schedule.
I'm in N. California ... Thanks for your replies!

Mine is on 12/8 and does not show "tentative", but that is in IL. Please don't get to thinking that it has something personal to do with your case. They have other language for dealing with that. This merely means that they aren't used to dealing this far in advance and are covering themselves.
Hang in there and best wishes, Art

You want to see tentative? Try this out. Also in Pa. I posted this on another board. Filed 10/03/05
        ----------------------------------------------------

My laywer doesn't seem to think anything is wrong and insists that everything is correct with our fileing(BK7). He says the matrix is included and I looked at our copy and it is there.

What the heck is going on?

We still have not gotten anything in the mail from the BK court, this is from Pacer.

Your attorney needs to contract the clerk at the court and find out why your matrix and plan are missing. If they need copies of it (which is my guess), then your attorney needs to get on the ball and correct the problem. That's what you paid him for!!!
Sounds like they have misplaced some paperwork, or are very very far behind on sending out notificatons of bk to the creditors.

Need to correct this problem as quickly as possible to prevent possible dismissal.

My "Tentative date" was changed. Well not the date but the time. Went from 8:30am to 3:30pm on 12/6. Looks like it's set now. Also added to PACER was the last day for objection, 2/4/0. Sweeeeeet, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
