Scheduled for discharge today!

My 60 days were up last Monday, and per Pacer I'm scheduled for discharge today. I guess I'll be watching Pacer obsessively today. Hopefully discharges are automatic here, but I'm not sure.

I'm sure our court is backed up like everyone else's and it won't be today, but I'm still hoping.

Don't get too disappointed if it does not come on schedule. Many of us have had to wait a few extra days.
The courts are very busy and it takes a little longer in some districts to get the process done. And by automatic do you mean they just happen. That is not so. They still require the human touch of someone in the court taking the action.
