When to file Chp7???
Well, we have made up our mind that Chapter 7 is in our future. We will NOT be reaffirming the house since we are 65,000 upside down with a 1st and HELOC.
We are in Michigan and I would like to know when should we file? We are trying to maximize the time in our house, so we can save some money and hopefully land a job in the meantime.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's very scary wondering how we will get a place to rent after BK7 with two kids and two dogs. I guess we are just looking for a peace of mind on what to expect.
