    Included home in chapter 7...

If we included a home in our chapter 7 bankruptcy, is it considered foreclosed upon or not?

Our credit reports are listing the first and second mortgages as "included in chapter 7" but also show that the payments are late. Should it still show this?

We were discharde 14 months ago. We are applying for a mortgage because we had to file due to medical debt and FHA allows for exceptions to this. Anyone have any advise or story where they were approved early or denied early?

    Thanks!

No, only if it was indeed foreclosed PRIOR to your CH7 filing.

If you missed payments PRIOR to your FILING, then they will remain on your report.
