341 October 20 any advice is welcomed!!

Hello all,

First off thanks so much for all your post on this forum. I filed September 15th, and ave my 341 on October 20th, I am scared to death but excited as well. I was wondering if there is any advice anyone can give on what to expect at the 341. I got rid of all my debt except for my home and the SBA loan that had a lien on the home, it feel so good to have money on payday, its been a long time. My husband did not file so we are paying onhis debts which are just 2 credit cards and another mortgage. Wondering if I am an authorized user will it be okay on his report? They also so up on my credit report how does that work with me filing the BK?? Thanks

First of all, you will do fine on 341. The big secret is, be honest. About your hubby and your link to his credit cards, if you are only an authorized user, I doubt it will affect him. You sound like you are confident and brave. you will be fine. Of course, you will feel better as you progress to discharge. 'Hub

Don't worry, everyone is a little nervous about their pending 341 My advice to you is to do a search and read everything you can on this forum, it will really ease your mind I had over a year to absorb everything, so when I finally filed and had my 341, I knew what to expect and wasn't nervous at all

Thanks for the advice, now the car won't start!

Funny thing, we went back and forth about keping my car, I wanted it gone payments are 734 a month (i know , i was a damn fool for even going there with that note but hindsite,,,) anyways I decided to let it go, and low and behold my husband calls me today and says the damn car wont start, the starter is gone!! I'm so glad I included it, so now I really need the repo man because I really dont want to pay to have it towed to turn it over to Capitol One.
