    So saw this on pacer this morning.

    Filed & Entered: 10/11/2009 BA's Statement of No Presumption of Abuse

    So I should be good now right? This means the BA and the TT are done with me and I am just waiting for the 60 days? Nothing else could happen except a creditor objecting of course. Am I right?

        Tehnically the UST has 60 days to file a motion to dismiss, but it sounds to be like you are correct and pretty much your just waiting to see if here are any creditor objections. Welcome to the 60 Day Club!
