So, I'm checking my Pacer status and I see that I have a trustee listed (local) and also the name, phone number and email address of a US Trustee. Is this standard or is the US Trustee already interested in my case?

That is the standard for all cases. We had a UST listed in our case but they never stuck their nose in, at least as far as we know anyways
