We have been discharged since the end of June, Chapt 7 no assets, so we are over 90 days now and still not closed. Should I be concerned about this, with tax season looming? Should I call the courthouse to enquire the issue? I know things are backed up here in Michigan, but this seems like a very long time. Thanks, Broken
