That would be a very expensive query. You may want to just call the Clerk's office and ask if they autoclose Chapter 7 cases!
Make sure you ask them this as a "procedural" question. For example, "hello, this is John Doe. I have a procedural question. Does this District autoclose no-asset Chapter 7 cases upon discharge?".

Any advice provided is not legal advice, but simply the musings of a fellow bankrupt.
I did a quick look at the available flags for FLSB (your District). To me it looks like if none of the "do not close" flags are set (AUDITNOCLOSE, IneligClose, NOCLOSE) and/or "do not discharge" flags are set (IneligDisch, NODISCH, NoAutoDisch, SPLITDND, SPLITRVK, WVDSCDB, WVDSCJDB)... then it should auto discharge and possibly auto close.
Why not just check your flags on PACER and see if any of the above flags are there?

actually I went back and looked at cases I had saved that I used for research. I went on pacer and did the free query, the one if you have a case number already and looked at about 5 cases and they give a file date, last filing date, discharge date and a termination date.
Is the closed date the same as termination date?
If so it seems that my district does not auto close. There are termination dates anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months after the discharge date.

On my case it shows :
Nature of debt: consumer
Pending status: Awaiting Discharge
On another random no asset 7 case that I looked up it shows:
Nature of debt: consumer
Pending status: Case Closed
Flags: CLOSED
It doesn't have an area for Flags on my case. I assume that means they have not flagged my case for any special treatment and I will proceed as the court normally proceeds which LooKs like discharge and closing do not come at the same time automatically.

In my area the case isnt closed until the trustee recieves a copy of the tax return for the year in which you file...guess they want to make sure you dont get a refund that they can take....
