Less than a month after BK and Citi modified my loan today

The rate dropped to 3.25 (from 4.75) which resulted in the monthly payment going down about 75 bucks. All missed payments were rolled onto the back. THey even gave me Oct as a freebie month, starts in Nov. I realize the payments rolled in cost me in the long run, but I cannot believe how easy it was. i was afraid they'd want a couple thousand to get back ont rack. Instead, it's like they forgave the 4 months of nonpayment, said "have another" and "oh by the way, we'll lower your payment too"

I'm sure there's a catch,,,, long run. It was too easy. Two phone calls.

This is good news. Was this mortgage discharged in the bankruptcy?
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

umm. I don't know. we wanted to reaff but we got behind in the midst of the BK process, so we never did, I believe. But we wanted our house. And we were never behind before the BK process started.... I believe, then, that it was discharged. But like I said, we wanted it, to keep it.
