    I agree. I also don't think your payments are enough over the median to force a sale.

    I would go for the chapter 7 and then worst case scenario you end up in a 13. If you end up in a 13 and your wife's income comes down, you can always convert to a 7.

        I'm 6K over the median and means test said we pass..one more month and I ready for filing..this site is very helpful.
