Got my 341 Date! But...

...I can't go!

We filed yesterday, I logged onto Pacer today, and see that our 341 is scheduled for Friday, November 20th. The problem is, I am under contract to perform a job in Pittsburgh, PA on Saturday, November 21st. And I don't live just down the road. I live in one of the farther northern states of the Midwest.

I called my attorney and hopefully, he'll be able to get that date changed. Has anyone had to move their 341 date? How did that work out?

That is hard when we cannot schedule our own 341s and especially when it is a conflict. It is possible to reschedule, but it would cost a court fee to reschedule the 341. Please check with your attorney about that. Good luck with your 341!

if the 341 is in the morning, would you be able to make it? rescheduling the time might be easier than rescheduling the date. just a thought.

Its scheduled for 11:00am on Friday, but I actually need to leave on Thursday to drive to Pittsburgh (flying, plus rental car is WAY too expensive).
