After you surrender a vehicle...

I havent found this topic yet...

Once you surrender your vehicles during your case...and it is listed as a repossession.. How hard is it to get another vehicle with a (lower than 20% apr). Will the repo / surrender follow you around?

We gave up 2 vehicles that we were backwards & upside down in. (his folks bought us a old van that we make pymts to them for).

We will be discharged next month after being in limbo for 11 months and wonder what is ahead for us...

I have a thread titled Letting the Car Go... that may be of interest to you. I discussed my situation with intending to keep my car but then my lawyer failed to reaffirm it. So, we are surrendering it and I purchased a new car yesterday.
