    Letter from FIA Card Services

Just wanted to let everyone know that nothing ever became of the letter from an attorney for FIA card services threatening to file an AP. Our 60 days was up on 9/25/09 and I just checked Pacer on 9/28/09 to find nothing filed!!! Just says status is awaiting discharge.

We had over $10K in cash advances about 120 to 160 days before filing. We paid minimum payments until filing. Our attorney advised to just ignore the letter that they would probably not do anything, and they didn't!!!!! YEAH!

So for those of you getting these kind of letters, here is at least some good history of nothing happening!

      Wow! That's good news!!!

I believe that most people that have to file BK do not intend to do so when they are making purchases or cash advances on their credit cards; they are just trying to make it 'work'!

      Congrats!!!
