Day 60 today!!

So today is day 60. Has anyone had any last minute objections come through on day 60?

My discharge is scheduled on pacer for 10/5/2009, one week after day 60.

I can't wait for this to be done!!!!!!

Unfortunately, it seems that the objections, including the Trustee objections, usually come on the last day.

I got hit with a motion for an extension 42 minutes before my 60 day deadline was up.

BUT, my case is complicated and the UST was involved early on.

We have already been through an investigation by the US Trustee before our 341 and they withdrew all objections. So, I hope that is over with the US Trustee.

I'm just waiting on Chase or someone to drop it on me today.

And 42 minutes before the 60 days were up???????
That is horrible.

I guess I'll be obsessively checking pacer today.

At least it was just a 60 day extension for the UST to review the 2000+ pages of paperwork I sent them...the creditors do not get another 60 days to object.
