    Chapter 7 and Motor Home

Well, now my wife is being laid off next month so no 13, but 7. My gross income is 4200 a month. I am current on both my car payment 05 Mazda 3 with about 8 payments left, and I am current on my Motor Home with about 14 years left. Motorhome is 691 a month. My mortgage on the house is 1429 PI TI. Motor Home worth about 65k on market, owe 80K. I have about 30K in it. Just wondering if it is turned in if that will make me Ineligible for 7 in AZ?

We were fine until we lost our other house, (not flipping, trying to move) because we couldn't sell either one. So the CC people in their infinite wisdon jacked all our rates to the moon, capped our cards, and doubled our minimum payments. Yes we shouldn't had so much debt, but we wiped out all our cash and assets trying to do the right thing, and it chapps my hide to think that I have to loose another asset over that.

kenshirley on the board is in AZ and turned one in in a Ch-7. even if you could the TT would not let you keep it with that kind of payment. i have a Weekend Warrior that is paid off that i'll be able to protect with the california wild card.

Sorry to hear of your situation, so many people in this economy losing it all. you work hard all your life to see it all go down the drain. i have 30 years with a major company and our business base went to crap over the last 6 months. no one is safe in this economy.
