    Pacer Today !!!!!

    Ohhh I checked my pacer account today... and found the Trustee's Final Report!!!! (it was filed on the 24th)!!!

    That means Im almost done!!
    Its been a long time ....

    I filed Feb 15th 2008
    My 341 was March 25th 2008
    I was discharged June 23rd 2008

    Im an assets case (with $200 non exempt books and pictures - and then I guess my stimulus check was considered an asset cause they took that as well - but everything else was exempt)

    And Ive been waiting ever since june of last year to close...
    Now Im just about there !!! ))

      Congrats! The trustee left your case open over a year to take $200 worth of books!!!!! Wow I thought my trustee was miserable.

          I thought things were bad out here. I keep seeing this and I'm shocked. When you see the court's dockets, you just wonder, what is happening to our judicial system. Right now our Courts are closing on the 3rd Wednesday of every month because the economy is so bad here. Makes for happy clerks!!!
