What State are you filing in and what is your filing status - Individual or Joint?
How is the Deed to your property listed - Husband and Wife or something other? Please don't take these questions as offensive but if you want some good advice from members of this forum, you need to lay it all down. Looking forward to you getting some help.
Filed Ch7 5/28/09 (Pro Se) Orlando, 341 7/01, UST selected case for audit 7/01, Last day for objection 8/31. Audit report filed 9/10, no material misstatements. Discharged and closed 9/22/2009

Florida is the state, Individual, Property is listed in both my name and my exwifes, part of a child support agreement. I wouldnt lose the house just cuz my kids live there and want them is a safe place.

          appreciate any and all advice.

Chuck, as you may know, Florida has some very liberal laws that protect homesteads and other exemptions. My C7 was rather simple so can't compare with your case. It looks like you will be OK except I don't know the answer to how the exemptions would apply to your property. I know your Vet income is exempt as well as Social Security. Think it best to talk to your attorney. Let us know and best wishes.
