Had My 341...Now The Big Question

I had my 341 a week ago and I heard many different responses on this subject.

Lets say I wanted to go to the casino, which I do at least once a year, the biggest I ever won was $199 back in 2005.

But lets say I hit big...or if I play a scratchoff and won more than $600...

My lawyer said I can hit the lotto and the trustree can't touch it.

    Just wondering about this....

I asked my attorney this very question on Tues. when I had my 341 and he said the same thing your attorney said. If you should ever win the lottery they can't touch it. Inheritances yes...but not lottery winnings. He said for some reason lottery winnings were never included in the post-bk rules. Go figure!!
