    For those Above the median...

What did the trustee request for documents?

Is there anything extra I should be prepared for? I haven't filed yet but I want to get my ducks in a row since I'm only a week and a half away.

    Thanks

How far above the median are you? How much debt do you have?

I was waaaayyyy above median and had large debt ($1M) so I had to provide 10 yrs of real estate transactions, 3 yrs cc statements, 2 yrs bank statements, 4 yrs tax returns (for business and personal), plus all vehicle transfers, etc etc. The more debt and income you have, the more you have to provide.

I was 21K over the median. I also exceeded some of the IRS standards, so I saved all my receipts for about a year. I wasn't asked for anything more, I guess it just depends on the Trustee. Don't worry so much about the details, it's all about your numbers....

Since you really don't have that much debt and you are not far over the median, you probably will not have to supply anything more than what you have provided to your attorney already.

Your case is pretty cut and dry at least by these numbers you gave us. I don't think you will have to provide more than your tax return for the last year or two years (depending on your district) and your last six months paystubs and bank statements.
You can't take a picture of this. It's already gone. ~~Nate, Six Feet Under
