    Finished with the 341

No creditors showed up. Trustee asked if I filled out the paperwork myself, "yes", he said I did any excellent job. He proceeded with basic questions, two minutes later we were done.

I noticed that when I raised my hand to swear to tell the truth, I wasn't required to add "so help me God". Who was I swearing to? Anyway....

Yay - 60 day club 4 me - sans the two thousand dollar legal fee!

Well, the Trustee complimented you. Your second paragraph indicates you are not a religious person. That is your right, you could have asked just to "affirm". It is your right under our constitution to be a secular person. It is my right under the same paper to disagree. I wish you well. 'Hub

Actually, I am a very religious person and feel that adding "so help me God" adds a lot of weight to my oath! I was just surprised to find that it was not asked...not that I was lying, just an observation of what I expected from TV and such!
