Schedule F Question - Attorney Fee in Civil Lawsuit

I posted in another thread about a civil judgment that was file against me for a CC debt. I'm still slogging through my Chap 7 filing and I have a question about listing unsecured debt on Schedule F. The law firm retained by Capital One sent a notice of the civil lawsuit in which they had detailed attorney fees and court costs of nearly $1000.00.

Do I list the law firm on Schedule F and enter the attorney fees / court costs? Or do I include it as part of the original CAP ONE debt? Or not at all?

    Thanks.

Cover yourself and list them separately. That way both are included in the bk and you don't end up owing due to a misunderstanding.
