Our meeting was at 9:30am this morning. It was harmless as you all said it would be. The Trustee was a jolly happy sort of guy with a great sense of humor and big bright smile....very friendly and down to earth.
Name, address, income, taxes file, have we ever filed BK before, keeping house and car payments, house is worth what, what did we pay for the house, what improvements have me made to the house, no abuse case, thank you , have a great day.
That was it except for a couple of jokes and laughs.
I am now in the 60 day club. Lawyer said to expect paperwork from the court in around 90 days and if we don't hear from their office that is a good thing.
