Income raise after 341...but before reaffirmation agreement turned in

I was wondering if anyone here could give me some feedback.
Please allow me to explain my current situation.

Filed Chapter 7 with lawyer.
341 meeting on 7/17/09.
Last day for objections on 9/15/09.

I told me lawyer that I wanted to reaffirm with Honda.
He never submitted the reaffirm....but I called Honda today and they said I still could fax them the reaffirmation agreement.

My income is higher now since I recently got a new job AFTER the 341 meeting.

If I fill out the new reaffirmation agreement and put my new income (which is
higher now than the schedules originally showed.) can the judge throw my chapter 7 out....and convert me to a chapter 13....because of my higher income now?

I could be completely wrong on this but I don't believe your income would be revisited since you've already had your 341. The reaffirmation agreements don't seem to be tied to income increases and most creditors don't give you the opportunity to re-negotiate the terms of the original contract anyway so I believe you should be okay but hopefully someone else will chime in and give more insight rather than opinion.

JMO anyway.
