Increase in Income

We will be closing our business within the next week or so. My husband will be unemployed and who knows when he will find a job. There is a question asking if there will be an increase or decrease in income within the next 12 months. I am hoping he gets a job in the next year but there are no guarantees. I am afraid if I say yes to this question, we will need file chap 13 which I don't think we can afford to pay anything now. Does anyone know how to address this? The only income we have had over the past year is what I make. My husband has not taken any draws of income from the business.

My husband and I are both unemployed. I answered that we anticipated finding work. I would laugh if they tried to put us on any sort of payment plan based on the potential of getting a job.
