Im filing soon and wanted to see when they can flag you for abuse? is it usually before the 341 or at the 341? When will you know if they object?

If you are using an attorney s/he should be able to tell you if there is a chance that they might find abuse. As long as you are not hiding anything that is.
I believe the trustee files this after the 341 during that 10 day window. Something like 707(b) presumption of abuse.

Exactly. Our trustee filed a presumption of abuse a few days after our 341. And, like PdxDavid said, our fabulous attorney knew it would happen and gave us a heads up. He had an affidavit that explained the circumstances already signed by us and ready for the trustee when the motion was filed.
