Im just happy that I finally got it done after delays.

Original plan was Sept 1st, but father died at the age of 58 after a 2.5year battle with liver cancer (actually lived ALOT longer than expected) that day. Then it was recheduled for Sept 14th, but since my time away from home, some accounts were sent to collections so we had to update the matrix.

I fell right at my state exemptions of $4000 wew!!!!! I will get notification tonight or tomorrow of my 341 meeting, but lawyer says he is 99% sure it will be Oct. 16th (wow less than 30days) and my case should be really simple and easy. Hopefully there will be some light at the end of the tunnel.

this may sound out of place, but for your bk's sake, i hope you are not inheriting anything?!? any inheritance would pretty much go to your creditors if you are. i would hope your lawyer asked you about this.
