My husband has a business loan with our bank (the loan is fully in his name), can they do the cross collateralization from my checking and savings?

Hubby had to go to the doctor and it ended up being COPD. It was before we filed, but we could not pay the deductable for the tests and doctors calls. We filed shortly afterward. Would that be fraud since it was a situtation where we had no real choice? We did not put it on a card, we owe the hosptial and the Dr and Labs of course. We knew we could not afford another bill, but gosh what do you do when you are not sure if it is a heart attack, stroke or what?

No, don't worry, a medical bill for a diagnosed serious condition isn't fraud!
