    post filing income discrepancy

I'm a self employed landscaper and since I filed I lost a few of my biggest customers. I just sent the 60 days worth of pay advices to my lawyer, but I'm worried because there is a significant discrepancy between my current monthly income on the filed petition and my monthly income as shown by the pay advices. I'm now making much less than i was in the days before filing. Will the trustee see this disruption of income as a problem?

Since the total has gone down, you're probably ok. I'm sure you'll give the updated amounts to your Attorney.

At my 341 hearing, the Trustee announced before beginning our group of people that if something has changed since filing, THIS was the time to bring it up. I am sure discussing this with your attorney first would be the best thing to do, but I suspect things change for many people from the time they filed to the actual 341 hearing.

I doubt it will be that big of a deal, considering your income went down and not up. But check with your attorney to be sure.

      I wish you the best.
