    Repo after Discharge

I would not sign it. You can only create problems for yourself, just ask where to drop it off if you want to get rid of it sooner and make sure to get a receipt.

      "Recovery Requirements:
As per the UCC, repossession is allowed and permitted as long as it is peaceful, and it is after a Twenty Day Right To Cure Letter from lienholder to debtor."

gallam03- "I sent the doc to my attorney's paralegal to look over, and they tell me to not sign anything. "

      Follow their advice.

If you surrendered your vehicle in the BK in your statement of intentions, all you need to do is make arrangements for the vehicle to be picked up. Don't sign anything. It sounds like the lender is trying to get you to sign something after your discharge that would put the liability for the shortfall back on you. As the previous posters said: Don't sign anything. Listen to your attorney.
