Okay, I got my letter for the end of Oct for the meeting of creditors. I noticed that they have until the end of Dec. to file objections per the document? I guess that is the 90 days? So, I called the atty office and was told that I would get a letter about what to collect for the meeting. Right before we filed I paid my home insurance up 4 months and the car insurance up 5 months. Problem is I did a cashiers check and made it out to the company we use in GA and gave it to our other company here in MO for our home here. They are being returned for correct endoresers... I will of course just reissued I wanted them paid so I don't have to worry about the house we are losing and if it has coverage in case anything else goes wrong in our lives.. lol I have copies of the first ones that I hand delivered, and I will keep copies of the new ones too. Will this be an issue?
