We are planning things here, trying to figure out how to make this fall so the look back is Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb or take off sept and add March. Thing is, I get paid once a month, on about the 7-8 of the month. So I want the 341 to fall before I get my check and deposit it so they don't take my months living. Any suggestions on that?

Its not the 341 date you have to worry about. Its much easier than that - it is the filing date. How much cash is in your accounts ON the filing date. You have direct control of that.Filed CH 7 9/30/2008

the trustee may ask for bank statements that include the filing date. so check your statement dates. if you can get the bank to have your statement end right before you get paid, that would make things convenient for you!filed ch7 May 09
