I was 2 months behind on my car payment and my dad was nice enough to bring it current. The 2 months totaled almost $800. The lender was nice enough to give me a 2 month deferral making next payment Dec 1st as long as I brought the loan current which we did. However, I plan on doing a ride through with my car loan. Will the trustee look at this as a preferential payment?
