Got official letter from the court and 341 date!

I'm excited that I got the letter from the court stating my BK and giving me my 341 date on October 13th. I'm assuming it's the same letter my creditors are getting but ANY objections must be received by Dec 14th. :P Fingers crossed for a smooth 341 and quick discharge. :P PRETTY excited it's feeling more real.

Sounds like the official notice sent out by the court, and yes it's the same your creditors get.

You have the exact same dates as I do. It was kind of comforting to me to see the actual letter. I like the part about "the presumption of abuse does not arise" even though I know it is standard language
