    cash advances /convenience checks????

Okay., I am trying to see if I got this right., I looked up Ohio law., but who knows if I fully understand so, I want your opinion.

I wrote convenience checks 6 months and longer from on CC to another to get a lower interest rate.

    * From what I read, it should not be questioned if done within 90 days of filing?

I transferred money directly from my cc over the phone to moms checking account for her to purchase a camper/trailer as I owed her more than that.

    * From what I read and transfers over 1 year will not be questioned.

Anyone else from ohio know anything about this or have any advice?

After 90 days, the creditor loses the presumption of abuse.
It does not mean they can't object to charges made later than 90 days but, there battle will be a lot tougher.
You're looking for an absolute answer and while, the odds are in your favor, it doesn't mean a creditor can't object.
A big part of the puzzle will be, did you at least make minimum payments on the transactions in question?

The creditor needs to prove, circumstantially, that you intended to defraud.

There really is no cap on the look back, but as a practical matter, as was already mentioned, 1 year tends to be the max.

How much are we talking about?
