Before I filed my cert, I called the clerk and asked. She told me the Form 23 was most importatant and without it, I would receive a deficiency notice.

betpie, take a deep breath. the court gave you 15 day grace period to file the certificate and still be deemed timely. do it RIGHT NOW and file it either in person or by express mail. it's really not a big deal, takes 2-3 hours and that's it. there is nothing to it. just do it.filed ch7 May 09
