After Ch 7 creditor still up to no good

I opened an account in 2002. Filed Ch 7 BK Oct of 2005 and was done case closed in like 6 months after filing with a standard discharge.

The last activity on the account was 8/2002 and listed on my experian report was this account and in the notes said it was scheduled to be removed 08/2009. Well since it was not I disputed it. They then updated it saying it was included in BK Dec of 2009 and not scheduled to come off until Dec 2013. First off the Date is 100% not true but not really the point.

Can they say that a BK in itself is counted as activity on an account like this to renew the years it will stay? As far as I was aware you can include debts that really are not yours just to make sure you have no liability and this is not counted as acknowledgeent of the debt. It does not seem that they should be able to say the BK filing in itself is the last activity of payment.

Where do I go from here?
