I am still living in our house. It is listed for sale. Not behind on the mortgage or the home equity line. Planning on re-affirming.
Our divorce says that if/when the house sells we split the equity.
If I list the value of the house at what we expect it to sell for, and the mortgages at their current balances it would look like I have all the equity, but in reality 1/2 of any goes to him. How should I properly list this to accurately show MY equity and protect it.
